  2. brown sausage well in large pan and drain any fat from cooking.
  3. Add Alfredo sauce, tomato paste, white wine and Italian seasoning to the sausage in pan. Stir well and bring to a low boil. Lower heat and simmer for 3 minutes. salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add spinach to the pan and begin to fold into sausage and sauce. It will only take 2 minutes to wilt it.
  5. Drain tortellini and place in a large pasta bowl. Add the sausage, spinach and sauce mixture and gently mix. Top with Parmesan cheese.
