- Scramble your eggs and season to your taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Cook your breakfast sausage, crumble if needed and set aside.
- Combine rice, bacon, eggs, sausage and cheese in a large pot on medium heat. Mix well and season again with salt and pepper if needed.
