- First of all boil baby potatoes and keep aside.then put kadai on gas then add 4 to 5 tsp oil and add some khada masalas (cinnamon stick, cardamom, jeera, long, tej pata)fry it 30 seconds.
- Then add ruffly chopped onions fry it till golden brown and add ginger roughly chopped and add garlic 5 to 6 kali then fry it also 2 to 3 min.
- Then all masalas of kadai keep aside for cool down.then after cool this khada masalas crush it. And make a paste.then in baby boiled potatoes make a small halls help of katachammch and put kadai on gas add oil and add baby potatoes.
- Then add in potatoes some turmeric powder and some salt and some red chilli powder.then fry it till golden cotting of potatoes.
- Then after in kadai add oil 4 to 5 tsp and add khada masala gravy and fry it 2 to 3 min and add kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt as per test then mix it very well all masalas. Then after 2 to 3 min add tomato puree and mix it and cook it 1 to 2 min.
- Then add grinded dahi and mix it very well (gravy mix it very well to add dahi)
- Then add some water and boil the gravy after boiling gravy then add baby potatoes and mix it all 1 to 2 min. Then add kasuri methi then add fresh coriander and mix it. Sabji is ready for serving.
