  1. Take 1 cup grated carrot, 1cup finely chopped Cabbage 1cup finely chopped cauliflower 2 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion,chopped capsicum,1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 2 tablespoon cornflour salt to taste n mix it well.
  2. Shape into small round balls and deep fry till golden brown on a medium flame.drain on kitchen tissues and keep aside.
  3. ●FOR GRAVY 1) Heat oil. Cook the grated onions, ginger, garlic,. Then add salt n red chilli powder n jeera powder.
  4. Add soya sauce n tomato ketchup. Then add 1/2 tspn cornflour by adding it in 2 tbsp water n ajinomoto 1/2 tspn.
  5. Add balls n cook it fr 5 mins. Now add grm masala in it.
  6. Serve it by garnishing spring onions.
