- Manchurian balls ke liye sabji vegetables ko ek bowl mein mix karein. Fir usme conflour mix karein. Balls Bana let garam oil mein deep fry karein.
- Gravy bnane ke liye thorde se oil mein ginger garlic paste fry karein. Fir usme onion, capsicum mix karein. Thordi der saute karein.
- Ab isme salt and ajinomot mix karein. Ab isme red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, sirka and soya sauce add karein.
- Ab isme Pani add karein and achhe se boil karein. Fir isme Manchurian balls add karein. Thorda as boil karein.
- Ab cornflour ko pani mein mix karein. Fir gravy mein add karo. Manchurian ready hai.
- Garam garam serve karo
