6. Since this is an oil based sauce, I left about 3 tbl. grease/oil in the pot.
7. The bacon should be cooked, but not crispy. Turn the heat off. Add your Italian seasoning, grind some black pepper, give it a good stir.
8. Dragon you pasta when cooked. Add it back to your pasta pot.
9. Just dump the bacon mixture into the pasta, just on top.
