- In boiled cauliflower add maida,cornflour, salt, 3G paste and red chilli powder and some water mix well make a thick batter.
- Then fry balls(like we fry kanda baji). Then make a cornflour water.
- Mix all ingredients of cornflour water mix well. Then in same kadai put all fried Manchurian then add cornflour water.
- Add coriander leaves mix well keep on slow flame for few seconds. Ready to serve and eat yummy GOBI MANCHURIAN. Garnish with coriander leaves or spring onions.
