- Make ready 3 tbsp soya sauce
- Get 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- Make ready 1 tbsp vinegar
- Make ready 1 cup mix bell pepper (red,green and yellow )
- Get 1/2 cup petals cut onion
- Get 1 tbsp finely cut green chilli
- Get For manchurian balls
- Get 1/2 cup grated cabbage
- Make ready 1/2 cup finely cut carrot
- Make ready 1/2 cup cauliflower
- Get 3 tsp maida/ all purpose flour
- Make ready 2 tsp corn flour
- Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper Powder
- Prepare as needed Oil
- Get to taste Salt
Steps to make Fried rice and manchurian:
- In a pan boil water and add rice. Strain rice and run cold water. Rice should be cooked 90%. Keep aside
- For manchurian gravy - In a pan add Garlic and saute for 2 mins then add ginger and chilli.
- Add onion and bell peppers. Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce. In a bowl add corn flour and water. Mix it well. Add corn flour to the gravy. Then add vinegar.
- For manchurian balls - In a bowl add carrot,cabbage and cauliflower. Add corn flour, maida, salt and pepper.
- Make small balls. Do not squeeze hard. Fry on medium flame. Keep aside.
- For fried rice - In a pan add garlic,ginger,green chilli. Saute for fee mins. Add carrot saute for 2 mins then cabbage and then bell peppers and corn.
- Add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup,vinegar and salt. Mix well.
- Add rice and turn off the flame. Add soya sauce. Take out the rice in a bowl and microwave as per need.
