- From the bag of spinach, grab 2 good handfuls of leaves. Layer this first. (This is for a 10x7 baking dish that serves 2 people. If you use a large 9x13 dish you will need twice as much spinach which serves 4-6 people.)
- Next add a few "dollops of Daisy" (sour cream) on top of spinach. Sprinkle minced garlic on top plus salt and pepper.
- Now sprinkle shredded cheese on top of that layer.
- Repeat one more layer..spinach, spices, sour cream and shredded cheese last.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-30 min until cheese begins to bubble.
