  1. In a mixing bowl take ragi flour, grated Veggies, salt to taste, green chilli paste…mix well everything
  2. Add curd as per needed and check consistency.it shoud not be too runny.
  3. Heat non stick pan and grease it with some oil
  4. Now, laslty add baking soda to batter and whisk it thoroughly.
  5. Pour a laddleful of batter on hot pan and let it spread it self
  6. Sprinkle some oil and let it cook from one side..once done,turn it,cook from other side too untill crisp and golden
  7. Like wise prepare all ragi pancakes..serve hot with green Chutney, Tomato sauce, butter or any dip.. enjoy endlessly
