- In the same cooker add the oil, cumin, peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves and sauté.
- Add the mixed vegetables (you can add any vegetables of your choice) and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add roasted daliya, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Mix everything well.
- Add 1 cup water and close the cooker lid. After 3-4 whistles turn of the heat and let the steam from the cooker escape.
- Roasted Vegetables Daliya is read to serve!
