  6. when oil is ready get tortilla and add desired amount of meat in tortilla
  7. fold tortilla in a taco shape and put in oil to fry flip after a few minutes till lightly crisp
  8. continue till done then while you take cooked tacos out place on paper towels to drain
  9. then dress your tacos as desired then serve hot
