- First, add black gram, onions, tomatoes, garlic, salt, red chilli and tarmaric powder in a heavy bottom pan.
- Now add water and cook for an hour or until done.
- Now add oil and cook until water drained.
- Then add spinach and mix.
- Now add 1 glass water and cook until spinach cooked.
- Then take 2tbsp oil and add chilli flacks to it and stirring it for 5 seconds.
- And add into the grams and mix. Also add all spices (garam masala).
- Channe palak (spinach with black gram) is ready to serve.
