- Once the spices are tempered add chopped red onion and fry till translucent
- Add garlic and chillI and fry for about 1
- Once the garlic is cooked, add the drained chickpeas and fry for about 5-10 min till the chickpeas start got get a crispy skin
- Once the chickpeas are fried, remove the pan from the stove and add the fresh herbs (coriander and chives)
- Allow cooling a little before finishing with chopped cucumber and celery or whatever fresh greens you want… ENJOY!
