  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat - Add the chicken fillets and cook for about 6 minutes on each side or until the breadcrumbs are golden and the chicken is cooked
  3. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti per the instructions on the packet
  4. In a large pan place the olive oil and garlic on a medium heat - Add in the onion and sauté for 5 minutes - Add in the passata, cream, mixed herbs and season with salt and pepper - Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Stir through the spaghetti - Divide between two bowls and top with the crumbed chicken - Sprinkle over some spring onions and serve
