  15. Prepare 2 cups maida/all-purpose flour
  16. Take to taste salt
  17. Prepare 3-4 tablespoons oil for moyan
  18. Get as needed Oil for frying
Instructions to make Pasta with Mayonnaise Stuffed Samosas:
  1. Keep water for boiling.. when it starts boiling add pasta. To it add little salt.. When it is done drain under cold water. Keep aside the water of boiled water for use.
  2. Take a pan. Add little butter. Add garlic and onions. Cook it till onions aur translucent. Now add little water which we had kept aside and Mayonnaise. Keep the flame very low. And mix well.
  3. Add Corns, Red chilli flakes, oregano salt and black pepper.
  4. To it add pasta and cheese. Mix it and cook till it turns creamy. Switch off the flame when it is done.
  5. Now let cool down. Till then make the dough for covering. Take parath add maida, salt and oil for moin.
  6. Add water and make semi hard dough. Cover it and keep it for 15 to 20 mins to rest.
  7. Now make equal balls of the dough and roll one ball about 8".
  8. Cut from the centre and keep the stuffing on each half.
  9. Make as we make samosas as shown in the pic. Seal the edges well because our stuffing is cheesy so it might be difficult.
  10. Keep kadai for frying. When oil is medium hot fry samosas on low flame till they aur golden brown.
  11. Serve them hot with dip of your choice.
