The ingredients needed to make Bibimbap:

  2. Get beef
  3. Make ready soy sauce
  4. Prepare sesame oil

  8. Make ready mildly seasoned bean sprout
  9. Get shiitake mushroom
  10. Make ready zucchini or carrot

  14. Get vegetable oil to cook meat, mushroom, zucchini, eggs
  15. Take ground salt
  16. Make ready Korean seasoned seaweed cutted in strips (optional)

  20. Make ready sugar
  21. Prepare water
  22. Get roasted sesame seed
  23. Take vinegar
  24. Take minced garlic
Instructions to make Bibimbap:
  1. For meat, mix the beef with the meat sauce listed. Leave it for 30 mins.
  2. Add some vegetable oil on the wok and cook the shiitake mushroom (thinly sliced) on medium high tohigh heat until they are all cooked.
  3. Wash, and cut the zucchini/carrot in strips. Add some vegetable oil and salt in a wok and cook the zucchini on medium high to high heat for 2-3 mins
  4. Cook the marinated beef in a wok with a little amount of oil. Wait for it to turn light brown then turn off the heat.
  5. Make fried eggs (Sunny side up or anythingbyou want)
  6. Mix the bibimbap sauce ingredients in a bowl
  7. Put the rice into a bowl and add the meat, assorted vegetables, seasoned seaweed, egg and the bibimbap sauce on top of the rice.
  8. Serve it
  9. Mix the ingredients well in the bowl and enjoy it.
