- In a bowl soak bread with milk. Let sit 5 minutes.
- In same bowl combine all other ingredients except for tomato paste and oil. Mix well
- On a parchment paper lined roasting pan, form six individual meatloaves.
- Cook meatloaves for 15 minutes.
- Mix tomato paste and oil in small bowl. Remove meatloaves and brush with paste mixture.
- Place meatloaves back in oven andcook an additional 25 minutes.
- Make sure the mini loaves you make are of the same size to ensure even cooking of each.
