- Mix all the three maize flour, Besan suji in a bowl.
- Add salt, Sweetcorn, asafoetida, turmeric powder, dhaniajeera powder, red chilli powder, Curd and mix well and add water as needed.
- Ginger, garlic, chilli tricolor capsicum coarsely ground Sweetcorn and mix well.
- Add oil and Eno fruit salt and mix it well, and pour in round mould. Sprinkle Sweetcorn, and tricolor capsicum on top
- Microwave it for 10-15 mins. Or till stic inserted is clear.
