  1. Make ready 1.5 cup sliced mix veggies(cabbage, capsicum, onion,etc)

  3. Prepare 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  5. Get 4-5 tbsp oil
  6. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Get 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  8. Take 2 tbsp schezwan chutney
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp soya sauce
  10. Take 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
  11. Get 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  12. Prepare 1/4 cup grated cheese
  13. Prepare Garnish
  14. Make ready 2-3 tbsp sliced beetroot and cabbage
  15. Get 2 tbsp corrinder leaves
  16. Get Fruit of your choice. (I used grapes)
Instructions to make Veggies Roti Roll:
  1. In a pan add 1tbsp oil as oil heats add all washed and sliced mix veggies(you can use of your choice) saute them for 2-3 min on medium flame then add salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, soya sauce, schezwan chutney, ginger garlic paste mix them together cook it for 1-2min turn of the gas. Allow the mixture to cool down.
  2. In a bowl mix together ketchup and mayonnaise and make a paste. Now take roti apply the ketchup paste and in the centre of the roti apply the above veggies mixture vertically, then apply grated cheese on it. Roll the roti gently. Now heat a tava apply oil place the roti roll on it cook it on both sides till it turns golden in colour and crispy. Cut the roll in 2 half.
  3. In a serving plate keep the roti roll add grated cheese, sliced cabbage and beetroot, corriender leaves and fruit serve hot.
