- Take 2 tablespoon black pepper powder
- Get 500 gm chicken
- Take 1 cup gobindobhog / jasmine rice
- Make ready 1 cup rozana basmati rice

- Make ready 10-12 Garlic cloves
- Take 2 big onions
- Take 2 carrots sliced thin
- Take 1 tablespoon paprika powder/ Kashmiri mirch

- Marinate the chicken in salt, pepper and paprika
- Soak both the rice in water for 30 minutes
- Add oil and 6-7 pieces of crushed garlic cloves to the PRESSURE COOKER and sauté the chicken at medium flame till it turns white
- Add the onions and carrot at this stage, remaining cloves of garlic, add salt, sauté till the onions are translucent.
- Add the rice, add equal quantity of water and cook for 1 whistle. Turn off and wait for the steam to go out on it's own.
