- Divide mince into 2 equal portions. Followed by forming patties (like you would a burger), place an egg atop the patty and wrap the mince around the egg until fully enclosed
- In a sizeable bowl, beat the remaining egg and dip your egg stuffed meatballs before finally rolling in breadcrumbs until fully coated
- Heat oil and deep fry for 6 minutes or until done
- Enjoy with a dipping sauce and fresh salad 🤤
