- Make ready 90% boiled rice
- Make ready chopped cabbage

- Chopped all the veggies like this. Onion and cabage not in pik.
- Heat pan put oil in that now saute ginger and garlic. Now add all the veggies. And saute on high flame for a minute.
- Now add white pepper and aronat into it again saute for a minute.
- Now add boiled rice(rice should be 90%cooked otherwise they will stick to gether). Add salt and soya sauce. Now mix with gentle hands. Flame should be on high. Cook it for 2 minute. Now add white vinegar. And serve hot.
