  7. Take 5 clove chopped garlic

Steps to make Veg fried rice:
  1. Chopped all the veggies like this. Onion and cabage not in pik.
  2. Heat pan put oil in that now saute ginger and garlic. Now add all the veggies. And saute on high flame for a minute.
  3. Now add white pepper and aronat into it again saute for a minute.
  4. Now add boiled rice(rice should be 90%cooked otherwise they will stick to gether). Add salt and soya sauce. Now mix with gentle hands. Flame should be on high. Cook it for 2 minute. Now add white vinegar. And serve hot.
